ISSCC '99 Introductory Information


ISSCC VISION STATEMENT

The International Solid-State Circuits Conference is the foremost worldwide forum for presentation of advances in solid-state circuits. The Conference offers a unique opportunity for engineers working at the cutting edge of IC design and use to maintain technical currency, and to network with leading experts.


CONFERENCE INFORMATION

The timing of papers permits session-hopping without missing important material. This Program shows the starting time for each paper.

Taking of pictures and videos during sessions is not permitted. A printed supplement with speakers' slides will be sent to all registered attendees within one month of the conclusion of ISSCC99.

A CD-ROM containing both the ISSCC99 Digest of Technical Papers and the Slide Supplement should be sent by the end of the summer to speakers and all attendees paying the member or non-member Conference registration fee.
